I am the Global Relationship Officer at IMPACT GALLERIA Tokyo 2026. Graduating from the University of Tsukuba next year, I specialize in development economics and serve as catalyst for systemic social change.

My professional background bridges grassroots international development and corporate sustainability. I previously collaborated with the NPO Alazi’s West African office to support scholarship programs and joint projects with multilateral agencies like the UNDP or JICA. At UNERI Inc., I led the "Impact Officer Cohort Program," empowering impact leaders within Japanese impact startups and corporations.

Following my graduation, I will begin my career at a philanthropic foundation. I want to leverage my multi-sectoral and multi-cultural background to bridge governments, international organizations, corporate leaders, and social entrepreneurs to co-create scalable solutions.

Born in Aichi Prefecture in 1994. After graduating from Nagoya University, he worked at several social ventures and startups in the media and business development fields. He then went freelance, handling business development and project management for multiple startups.

Graduate School of Social Sciences, Hitotsubashi University

Born in 2000 in Akita Prefecture. Currently pursuing a master's degree at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Hitotsubashi University, researching social impact through a structuralist approach grounded in sociology and evaluation studies. Her current research focuses on social issues related to the ocean. While studying at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, she worked as a staff member at Plus Social Investment Co., Ltd., primarily supporting the Ritsumeikan Social Impact Fund. She has served as a Director of IMPACT SHIFT since 2024.

Certified Fundraiser. Risa Kogure spent her early years in the U.S. and Indonesia and became involved in the social sector after returning to Japan. She began her career at STYZ Inc., where she spent three years supporting nonprofits as a fundraiser through Syncable, a donation platform operated by the company. She has also supported B Corp certification for two companies and has been part of the organizing team for "Giving December" for six years. She currently works on promoting social contribution activities at a corporate organization. Since 2024, she has served as a board member of IMPACT SHIFT, where she is a founding member responsible for PR and media relations.

Ridilover Inc.

After graduating from university, he joined Ridilover as a new graduate. He has been engaged in impact measurement and management (IMM) for the Commons Impact Fund, which invests in listed equities, and in hands-on support for impact investing practices at regional bank VCs and other institutions. During university, he served as President of AIESEC Japan and interned at Social Innovation Partners, a general incorporated association providing financial and management support to social ventures. He has served as a Director of IMPACT SHIFT since 2024.

KIBOW Social Investment Fund

Joined Marui Group in 2022. In the Co-Creation Investment Department, managed a portfolio of investee companies, primarily fintech companies in Japan and overseas, with the aim of advancing financial inclusion. Joined GLOBIS in 2025, where she is responsible for PR for the KIBOW Social Investment Fund and the G-STARTUP acceleration program.As a member of the IMPACT SHIFT secretariat, she leads community building and the planning of startup pitch events. She has served as a Director of IMPACT SHIFT since 2026.

Born in 1998. In 2020, he joined Sowledge, a general incorporated association providing free contraception, sex education, and support for women. There he worked on business development and sales for the Ohisama Project, which provides emergency contraception free of charge. In 2023, he joined UNERI Inc., where he serves as project lead for government-commissioned programs, working on logic model development and new business planning. He has served as a Director of IMPACT SHIFT since 2024.

CEO, UNERI Inc.

Born in 1995. After studying in the UK and working at ETIC., he founded UNERI Inc. in 2020, driven by a concern that the power of money pushes entrepreneurs toward uniformity. In 2022, he joined SIIF's impact investment fund, engaging in investment work. In 2024, he launched IMPACT SHIFT, an industry-leading conference gathering some 2,000 participants, and has since driven collaborations with municipalities, listed companies, and international foundations on talent development and beyond.

In 2025, he established a VC fund and began investing in social-impact startups aiming for global expansion. He serves as a discussion member of the Regional & Practice Working Group of the Impact Consortium, hosted by Japan's Financial Services Agency, and was named to Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2024.
