Payment Method and Timing

Payment is due at the time of application, using the method specified on each event’s application page (payment methods provided by the payment platform).

Timing of Service Provision

Services are provided on the date and time stated on each event’s application page.

Cancellations and Refunds

As a general rule, cancellations and refunds after application are not accepted for reasons attributable to the customer. However, if the application page for an event provides otherwise, that provision shall apply. If an event is not held due to reasons attributable to the Association, the fees paid will be refunded.
